Obiri Mokini was the guest of the students of “Evangelische Gymnasium Hermannswerder” in Potsdam on the 13th of April 2010. The meeting which was organised by a group of student led by Cordelia Goerdeler and Constanz Cavalier in cooperation with Cagintua e.V. discussed issues ranging from activities of cagintua e.V. as a leading African migrant organisation that promotes Cultural and Democratic understanding.

Obiri Mokini explained to the students the reasons for putting up project “DEMVOTE” and what the project aims to achieve. According to him, participants at the project are volunteers that are ready to multiply and share the knowledge they acquire during the seminars with their colleague in Africa through forum discussions, newsletter writing and the use of internet tv.
